Giving back to the community is an integral part of the talentRISE culture. We believe strongly in using whatever resources and connections we have collectively and through our partners to give back to the community.

Our leadership team and senior associate partners are actively involved on non-for-profit boards, delivering pro-bono work in strategic human capital areas and assisting with fund raising and strategy for many community organizations.
