Elizabeth (Betty) Black is an HR professional with over 25 years experience leading HR functions and teams in multiple industries with public companies and private institutions.  She has consulted to senior executives, managers and support staff in the areas of organizational effectiveness and change management, leadership and management development, diversity/inclusion, talent management and succession planning.  

Betty is known for her HR and organizational effectiveness consulting specializing in projects throughout the employee lifecycle — “hire to retire.” She has delivered results for clients such as Keane, Inc.; CareerBuilder; IVANS, Inc.; Union Capital Corp.; C3G, LLC; MultiAd, Inc.; Sandy Alexander, Inc.; SuperColor Digital, Inc. and the Office of Congressman Al Green.
 
Betty is currently active in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Management Association, ASTD, IAAP, and Synergy Consulting Collaborative.
 
Betty has earned a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Manitoba Canada, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from the University of Winnipeg, Canada, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Northern Illinois University.
