Jeri Lynn has extensive combined management experience in the healthcare, HR, advertising, marketing and media industries. She began her career in healthcare HR management and has specialized in recruitment and retention, technology implementations, workforce planning, training and development and website design & development.

She has worked for a number of reputable organizations including College of DuPage, Edward Hospital, and Marianjoy. As the Healthcare Strategist for the Chicago Tribune, she successfully launched the healthcare category of business and introduced new product lines such as the Nursing and Healthcare Career Fairs and contributed to the redesigned format of Sunday’s Chicago Tribune CareerBuilder Healthcare section to include articles on healthcare.

Jeri Lynn was appointed to the Governor’s Sub-Cabinet Steering Committee to address the statewide healthcare shortages and was also appointed to the DuPage County Blue Ribbon Panel to address the future of the county convalescent center. She serves as a Leader on the Health Sciences Career Cluster Program of Study Grant initiative and works with many various state agencies and C-Suite executives in most of her work.

Jeri Lynn is currently active with numerous organizations including: SHRM; National Council for Workforce Education (NCWE); Illinois Council for Continuing Education and Training (ICCET); National Council of Continuing Education & Training (NCCET); Chicago Area Healthcare Recruiters (CAHR, Past-President and Honorary member); Illinois Coalition for Nursing Resources (ICNR); and The DuPage Area Career Pathways Network Advisory Board.

Jeri Lynn holds an MBA from Benedictine University with a concentration on Management/Consulting and a  Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Elmhurst College.
