Rebuilding HR for the Rebound? You need….

It’s inevitable – you need people to grow. As the economy rebounds, companies will renew their focus on retaining current employees, reinvigorate recruiting and bolster other critical Human Resources functions, systems and processes. At the same time, HR faces a new reality: doing far more with far less. Leaders are challenged to develop more innovative practices that contribute to bottom-line results while keeping HR costs and staffing at a minimum.

We offer a sensible and cost-effective way for you to deliver high-value services, augment staff and obtain expertise in critical areas without major investments or long-term commitments. Unlike many other staffing firms, our proven, top-performing temporary Human Resources staff have specialized expertise. Unlike HR outsourcing arrangements, our contract HR professionals are available “on demand” to help you with projects like:

  • Talent management strategy
  • HRIS, recruiting technology and other HR systems
  • Performance management programs
  • Training and development
  • Workforce planning, recruiting strategy and staffing assessments
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Compliance and reporting
  • Diversity initiatives
  • Succession planning
