Alison serves as an Executive Search Consultant within the TalentRise Executive Search practice. An industry veteran with over 20 years of full lifecycle recruitment and executive search expertise, Alison has worked on a variety of corporate leadership roles across multiple industries and has a proven track record of leading teams and demonstrating effective leadership skills.
She is well-versed in recruiting for roles from Director to C-suite levels in the financial services, insurance, technology, consumer goods, manufacturing, non-profit, and professional services industries at Fortune 500, private, and startup organizations across the United States.
Before joining the TalentRise team, Alison founded a search consulting practice supporting SaaS startups. In addition, she formerly served as an Assistant Vice President at a workforce solutions organization and as Director of Talent Acquisition at a financial services company.
Alison graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a marketing concentration.
