Allicia is a Senior Vice President who leads the Executive Search practice for TalentRise. In this position, Allicia builds authentic relationships with clients and candidates, drives process and outcomes, and maintains a rigorous attention to detail. With more than 20 years of experience from Fortune 500 corporation and global search firms, Allicia has the unique ability to match candidates with clients through her expert assessment of competency, potential, and cultural fit.
Allicia serves a wide range of clients including public, private, and private equity-owned OEMs, as well as industrial companies that specialize in material science, heavy equipment, and consumer goods. A search generalist, Allicia has also successfully completed search assignments in transportation, medical device, insurance and professional services.
Functionally, Allicia’s strengths and experiences are in manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, IT, HR, and general management at both the executive and emerging leadership levels.
In addition to delivering services to her clients, Allicia is proud to lead the firm’s sales and recruiting operations teams, attracting top-notch subject matter experts across a wide array of industries and disciplines to outperform the competition every day of the week.
Prior to joining TalentRise, Allicia was Executive Vice President with the Jobplex division of DHR International, a Top-10 global search firm. Before her career in executive search and consulting, Allicia spent 10 years with PepsiAmericas in a wide range of recruiting and talent leadership role, including executive recruiting, talent acquisition operations, management recruiting, campus recruiting, performance and succession management.
Allicia’s corporate background also includes serving as Vice President of Talent Management and Recruiting at HUB International, a leading commercial insurance brokerage.
