Amber Greenberg, Senior Technical Recruiter

Amber is a savvy technical recruiter who relentlessly pursues premier talent for her clients.

 

Amber serves as a Senior Technical Recruiter within TalentRise’s Executive Search and Tech division. With over 15 years of industry experience, Amber is an expert at sourcing and recruiting hard-to-find senior software engineers and technology managers. She leverages her intimate understanding of the technical market to connect high-quality candidates with reputable employers.

 

Amber is passionate about forging purposeful partnerships with senior hiring managers and HR departments to aid companies in augmenting their bench of IT talent. She is responsible for leading large-scale technical recruiting projects, deploying innovative recruiting strategies through social media platforms and networking channels, and creating in-depth recruitment market analysis for customers. From tech startups and fintech firms to financial institutions and hedge funds, Amber has engaged with a full array of clients in optimizing their collection of human capital and maximizing organizational performance.

 

Before joining the TalentRise team, Amber served as the Director of Recruiting for Switchyard.works, a San Francisco-based boutique recruiting agency that discovered technical talent for Y Combinator startups. In this position, she served as the hands-on recruiting team lead and worked to establish strong client relationships while managing and mentoring a team of researchers.

 

Previously, Amber worked as an Executive IT Recruiter and Client Relationship Manager, where she handled full lifecycle technical recruitment for an executive search firm in New York City. She received her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
