Steve is an Executive Coach at TalentRise. His approach to coaching helps leaders develop critical skills, including effective communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and psychological safety. He has also consulted extensively on incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion into the workplace.

Steve spent over 25 years in corporate America, where he was responsible for managing teams of over 100 employees. He has experience working with a broad range of clients, from global Fortune 100 companies to startups in the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, finance, and technology industries.

Steve uses a holistic approach to coaching and leadership development that integrates all aspects of the human being, including doing, feeling, and thinking for maximum impact. He focuses on one-on-one, and team coaching and uses various assessment tools, including the iEQ9 Enneagram Assessment and the Intercultural Development Inventory, to help identify growth opportunities for individuals, teams, and organizations.

Steve is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). He holds an MBA with a focus in general management and marketing.
