With over 25 years in corporate, Steve has an impressive track record of supporting leaders across industries, including Fortune 500 Companies, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. He brings a unique approach to coaching that emphasizes communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and fostering psychological safety within teams.
Steve is best known for his ability to build trust, create connections, shift perspectives, apply accountability, and challenge the status quo. Steve has worked with individual contributors, managers, directors, and senior executives from a broad range of industries. He uses a holistic approach integrating doing, feeling, and thinking for well-rounded, impactful leadership growth. Steve is certified in the iEQ9 Enneagram Assessment and the Intercultural Development Inventory, allowing him to tailor his coaching to individual, team, and organizational needs.
In addition to his expertise in leadership development and executive coaching, Steve is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. He was a diversity and inclusion consultant at a Fortune 500 company, supporting over 4,000 employees, where he helped support leadership development for high-potential leaders of color. In addition, he has experience working in several different functions, including human resources, business operations, contracts and pricing, sales, and marketing,
