Our Actions

TalentRise’s DEIB Committee has established the following objectives, with the goal of attracting, retaining, and engaging a more diverse and inclusive workforce.

  • Create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizational culture that empowers individuals to share their unique perspectives and experiences and fosters respectful communication and collaboration among all employees.
  • Provide professional development and learning opportunities around relevant topics to increase awareness of DEIB issues and opportunities and promote a greater understanding and respect for diversity.
  • Expand policies and practices to increase diversity in hiring and talent acquisition, both internally and in support of our clients and suppliers.
