Amy brings nearly 30 years of experience supporting enterprise-wide planning, visioning, and strategic change initiatives within complex organizational environments. She has extensive expertise in leadership development, organizational culture change, strategic communications, employee engagement, and change management. Her corporate experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to an executive vice president and Senior Director of Organizational Culture and Strategy at one of the nation’s top public universities, as well as Senior Director of Strategic Communications for a major healthcare and hospital system.

Amy uses a comprehensive approach to coaching that focuses on building leaders’ capacity to create strategic clarity and navigate complex challenges. She works with leaders at all levels, from emerging leaders stepping into new roles to senior executives driving organizational transformation. Her methodology integrates practical leadership skills development with deeper self-awareness work to help clients achieve sustainable results.

Amy has also served as a Strategic Communications Consultant to mission-driven organizations and national change initiatives, bringing valuable perspective on how leaders can effectively communicate vision and drive engagement during periods of significant change.

Amy is a Professional Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and holds certifications as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute and as a Certified Executive Coach from the Linkage Leadership Institute. She is also a Certified Mindfulness Mentor through Banyon. Amy holds an MA in Communications.
