Elana Cunningham is the Engagement Coordinator for TalentRise, where she brings a human-centered approach to client relationship management, internal operations, and marketing. In her role, Elana serves as a key liaison between the executive recruiting and coaching teams, clients, and candidates. She manages scheduling, marketing initiatives, and client engagement for both TalentRise’s recruitment and leadership development practices.
Elana supports the full client lifecycle—from pre-sales and marketing to post-sale implementation—ensuring a seamless and thoughtful client experience. Her responsibilities include customizing client proposals, managing client satisfaction surveys, coordinating social media campaigns, and providing general project management support. With a commitment to delivering exceptional service, Elana plays an integral role in fostering strong client relationships and driving business success.
