Our Process

At TalentRise, we personalize our executive coaching process to fit the unique needs and goals of each individual. We focus on helping you create lasting change through a proven neuroscience-based approach and focusing on the whole person, not just the problem. The program consists of three key components: relationship development, habit activation, and customization for your objectives and specific environment. 

We start by aligning on objectives through in-depth discovery sessions, incorporating leadership assessments and outside feedback when appropriate. From there, each coaching process follows phases:

  • Assessment & Goal-Setting: Identifying key development areas and setting measurable goals. 
  • Action Planning & Accountability: Developing and executing a targeted plan with consistent check-ins. 
  • Reflection & Integration: Monitoring progress, adapting strategies, and embedding lasting changes. 

We offer various coaching programs to meet different organizational needs. Our Fast Start Coaching program can be completed in as little as 90 days, and helps leaders onboard quickly and effectively. Some of our other programs are longer term, running from six months to a year. We even offer ongoing sessions, depending on the individual or team’s needs.

All of our leadership coaches are certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and trained in Co-Active Coaching, Positive Intelligence, and other business coaching strategies that correspond with the industry’s best practices and ethical standards.

International Coaching Federation (ICF)

All TalentRise coaches are certified through the ICF, the gold standard in professional coaching. ICF certification ensures our coaches follow a code of ethics and encourage self-awareness, goal alignment, and accountability in clients.

Co-Active Training Institute

Our coaches are trained through the Co-Active model, which focuses on the leader as a whole person, and not just their role in the business. This methodology is accredited by the ICF and allows coaches to assist leaders in reaching their full potential to inspire others, foster collaboration, create accountability, and lead innovative change.

The Predictive Index (PI)

The PI Behavioral Assessment is an untimed, free-choice, stimulus-response tool that measures a person’s motivating drives and needs. We leverage PI insights to improve collaboration, team dynamics, and alignment between the strengths of individuals and the organization’s goals.

HOGAN

HOGAN assessments examine personality from all angles, including self-awareness, team awareness, role clarity, and more. These insights enable more targeted coaching conversations and help leaders become more self-aware, strategic, and adaptable in work environments.

Positive Intelligence

Positive Intelligence offers tools and exercises to focus on positive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors – strengthening mental fitness. It supports the development of emotional intelligence, focus, and a growth mindset, leading to a boost in performance, improved well-being, and stronger relationships – all necessary for an executive’s success.
