At TalentRise, we personalize our executive coaching process to fit the unique needs and goals of each individual. We focus on helping you create lasting change through a proven neuroscience-based approach and focusing on the whole person, not just the problem. The program consists of three key components: relationship development, habit activation, and customization for your objectives and specific environment.
We start by aligning on objectives through in-depth discovery sessions, incorporating leadership assessments and outside feedback when appropriate. From there, each coaching process follows phases:
- Assessment & Goal-Setting: Identifying key development areas and setting measurable goals.
- Action Planning & Accountability: Developing and executing a targeted plan with consistent check-ins.
- Reflection & Integration: Monitoring progress, adapting strategies, and embedding lasting changes.
We offer various coaching programs to meet different organizational needs. Our Fast Start Coaching program can be completed in as little as 90 days, and helps leaders onboard quickly and effectively. Some of our other programs are longer term, running from six months to a year. We even offer ongoing sessions, depending on the individual or team’s needs.
