We delivered a comprehensive gap analysis and multi-phased road map with detailed recommendations for: a new recruiting organization model, local sourcing and branding strategies that targeted tech talent, staffing leadership, key process and technology improvements, and a change management plan.
We also secured a follow-on engagement to develop an employment value proposition and provide templates for branded recruitment messaging.
