
Hannah is a Talent Consultant within the TalentRise Executive Search practice, focused on placing senior and executive leaders in technical and operational roles. She brings a relationship-first philosophy to every search—one built on close partnerships with clients, deep curiosity about organizational needs, and a commitment to finding leaders who can drive lasting impact.
Hannah began her recruiting career in California shortly after college, where she built a strong foundation in talent acquisition and developed her instinct for meaningful candidate and client relationships. After returning to Buffalo, New York, she spent several years building her expertise across diverse industries and functions, placing executive and senior leaders such as CTOs, CFOs, Vice Presidents of IT, Vice Presidents of Human Resources, and other key business leaders.
Her move to TalentRise marks a natural evolution and allows her to focus entirely on executive search and the kind of high-impact, consultative work she’s most passionate about. Hannah believes that recruiting is about far more than filling a position. It’s about understanding what makes an organization successful, identifying the right people to help it grow, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout that process.
