Before joining the TalentRise team, Jennifer was a senior recruiter at Broadleaf Results—an Aleron Group company—on the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) team and was an Aleron internal talent recruiter.
Jennifer has an undergraduate degree in corporate communications from the University of Michigan.
