Prior to TalentRise Sarah was an Associate in the CEO & Board Practice at a leading search company. There she helped PE/VC-backed frontier tech companies build executive teams through full-cycle recruiting across various domains such as hardware, software, IoT, and autonomous vehicles.

Sarah is deeply committed to community service across multiple domains. She contributes to local organizations through her involvement with the Nichols School Board and her work supporting youth with the Little Match Girl Foundation. As a Self-Determination Assistant for People Inc., she helps autistic youth develop independence. Her passion for community extends to animal welfare through her volunteer work with 716Paws, and she remains active in local sports, participating in the Healthy Buffalo soccer league. Sarah also demonstrates environmental stewardship by organizing monthly trash cleanups at Delaware Park, reflecting her commitment to community improvement and sustainability.

Sarah graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Art History and a Master of Business Administration from D’Youville University.
