With nearly 30 years of experience in organizational leadership and strategic change, Amy brings an impressive track record of supporting leaders through complex transformations across higher education, healthcare, and mission-driven organizations. She brings a unique approach to coaching that emphasizes creating clarity, developing self-awareness, and driving sustainable results.
Amy is best known for her ability to help leaders navigate change, master new roles, and achieve high-impact objectives while building organizational culture and strategic alignment. Amy has worked with leaders at all levels, from emerging talent to senior executives, across diverse organizational environments. She uses a comprehensive coaching approach that integrates practical leadership skills development with deeper self-awareness work to help clients achieve lasting transformation. Amy is certified in mindfulness mentoring, allowing her to incorporate holistic wellness practices into her leadership development approach.
In addition to her expertise in executive coaching and leadership development, Amy is deeply committed to organizational culture change and employee engagement. She served as Senior Director of Organizational Culture and Strategy at one of the nation’s top public universities, where she supported enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and cultural transformation. Her experience also includes serving as Chief of Staff to executive leadership and Senior Director of Strategic Communications for a major healthcare system, giving her unique insight into how leaders can effectively communicate vision and drive engagement during periods of significant change.

Amy is a Professional Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and a Certified Executive Coach from the Linkage Leadership Institute. She is also a Certified Mindfulness Mentor and holds an MA in Communications.
