With 11+ years of full lifecycle recruitment industry experience, Tom develops and manages client and candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience throughout the entire process. Serving a dual role as Director of Recruiting and Operations for both TalentRise and Viaduct, Tom assists both startups and emerging businesses. His primary responsibility is to manage the entire strategic recruitment process—sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding—matching clients with talent.
Tom’s recruiting focus has been within HR management, operational leadership, and accounting/financial professionals focusing on managerial, director, vice president, and C-suite executives. Tom is also well-versed within the engineering space having placed talent in mechanical, electrical, research and development (R&D), and medical device engineering positions.
Graduating from The State University of New York (SUNY) at Fredonia, Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management and exercise science. He currently resides in the Buffalo, New York area.
