and Performance in a
Fast-Paced World

Lead with strength, sustain well-being, and drive performance even in the most demanding environments

Tuesday, December 9 | 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Webinar via Microsoft Teams

In today’s fast-paced, high-pressure world, leaders are constantly navigating uncertainty while striving to sustain both high performance and personal well-being. This interactive one-hour session introduces a Resilient Leadership Framework grounded in the science of Positive Intelligence®, helping leaders strengthen the mental fitness muscles that enable calm, focus, and agility—even amid challenge.

Program Overview:

Through a blend of guided reflection, group dialogue, and experiential exercises, participants will explore how to shift from reactive patterns driven by stress (“Saboteurs”) to intentional, centered responses powered by their “Sage” mindset. This mental fitness approach provides a practical roadmap for managing pressure, building emotional agility, and fostering team resilience.
