Heather serves as an Executive Recruiting Consultant within the TalentRise Executive Search practice. An industry veteran with more than 15 years of full lifecycle recruitment and executive search expertise, Heather has worked on a wide variety of technical and non-technical roles. Her specialty areas of recruiting are in healthcare and professional services.
For over a decade, Heather’s technical background and industry knowledge have enabled her to work with many of TalentRise’s most prominent clients in the healthcare space. She is well-versed in recruiting for roles that require experience with clinical documentation, data analytics, allied health, and the healthcare revenue cycle. Heather has also executed many high-level searches in hospital, IT, finance, telecommunications, and supply chain for companies across the United States.
Prior to joining the TalentRise team, Heather worked as an independent contract recruiter while supporting clients in the healthcare, medical, and consumer product sectors. In addition, she formerly served as an Employment Consultant at Wellpoint/Unicare and as a manager of FMLA and Leaves of Absence at Ameritech.
Heather graduated from Trinity International University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She currently resides in the Chicago area.
