Serving a dual role as Director of Recruiting and Operations for both TalentRise and Viaduct, Tom assists both startups and emerging businesses. His primary responsibility is to manage the entire strategic recruitment process—sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding—matching clients with talent.
